“ Last month, I visited the Aurora Borealis restaurant for breakfast. I ordered the Meat Lover's Omelet -chorizo, bacon, corned beef, sausage, ham and cheddar cheese! This omelet was definitely the best I've ever tasted! Every bite was loaded with lots of meat and flavor. Plus, the setting was like eating in a park. We sat in the garden room and it was extremeley relaxing. I can't wait for the return visit. ”
“ We came in with friends for breakfast and the 10 bottomless mimosas. It wasn't very busy so we were seated quickly at the bar. The bartender / server was engaging, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We all ordered different meals but my omelet was absolutely fantastic. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly to a wonderful crisp and the toast was a delicious sour dough. Our drinks were quite yummy as well and she was quick to get us another when we finished. All in all, a warm and inviting atmosphere with exceptional help and delicious food. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area. ”
“ We visited Aurora Borealis twice during our vacation and enjoyed our breakfasts very much! (Our visits were late September/early October) On our first trip I tried out the Chinese 5 Spice French Toast and I must say, it was absolutely delightful. A very filling meal to be sure! Props to the waitress who was working a busy morning by herself- she did an amazing job given the circumstance. On the second visit, I was torn between the french toast and the biscuits and gravy. The waitress we had was kind enough to suggest a half-portion of french toast so I could have the best of both. (Plus, have additional food to share with my husband.) The staff were amazing (especially when it was very busy!) and they should be commended for their efforts. ”

You can really tell that they care about the food they are putting out and I would highly recommend the Mexican Omelette with both in house salsas. Very good. Will absolutely be back again. ”
